You may stop using the Services at any time, including by removing an application from your Discord server or revoking any permissions you previously granted where applicable.

The Services are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
